At the Pennsboro United Methodist Church, we have adopted the Simplified Accountable Leadership Structure, also known as the Leadership Board. Under the Leadership Board, the four Administrative Committees—the Church Council, Staff/Pastor Parish Relations Committee, Finance Committee & Trustees—have been combined into one unified Leadership Board, guided by our One God, in full communion with the connectional ministry of the United Methodist Church.
